THE PROPERTY
Lodges are of identical construction, the exterior walls built from top quality Canadian white cedar imported from Nova Scotia. Not only does this timber give each property a most attractive appearance, it is also highly functional, resulting in a strong, well insulated lodge. Roofs are built from purpose made beams, are fully insulated and finished in natural slate. Internally all partitioning, joinery work, bathroom and kitchen fittings are of an equally high standard, the complete build process fully compliant with governing building regulations throughout.
Full double glazing. A modern gas fired central heating is installed together with a full secondary electric mega flow back-up system.
All works are architecturally supervised and formal inspection certificates are issued.
Lodges sit amidst the scenic elevated site and benefit from a substantial decked veranda, and outside lighting. The main access road leads to each lodge which has its own bespoke private parking area.
