retail chocolate shop and café, which has

The current vendor has been in ownership for

Our client has achieved an enviable
reputation locally in providing for local
hotels and restaurants with beautiful
’flavours’ in form of hand made Belgium
chocolates, boxed and ribboned for
Valentine’s day, Christmas parties and
special occasions such as weddings.
They also supply luxurious boxes of Belgium
chocolates for corporate presents, naturally
these can also be bought over the counter at
the shop.
The shop has a second profitable side to it in
the form of a ‘West End’ Café, where

At lunchtime, tasty cheese and smoked
salmon or a filled jacket are available to

The café has 40 covers split between the
bright continental looking downstairs or the
more sedate and comfortable offering
upstairs.

service 3 times a week and private functions
at least once or twice a month. Services of

The two owners staff the business full time
